Does Hey Novae just generate captions?
No. Content Studio can brainstorm ideas, develop something you already want to post or build a realistic content week. Concepts can include the purpose, angle, hook, caption, CTA, hashtags and a practical shot list.
How does Community Manager work?
Community Manager is connected to content published through Hey Novae. Manual mode leaves replies completely to you. Assisted mode drafts editable replies from your Brand Intelligence. Auto mode is designed to handle safe conversations automatically while anything uncertain or sensitive is escalated for review.
