You can request deletion of your Hey Novae account, connected social-platform data and associated personal information.
Request deletion by email
Send your request from the email address associated with your Hey Novae account.
- Email us using the address below.
- Use the subject line Hey Novae Data Deletion Request.
- Tell us the email address connected to your Hey Novae account.
- We may ask you to verify ownership before processing the request.
What we delete
Subject to legal and security requirements, deletion may include account details, stored brand information, connected social-account information and user-created content associated with the account.
Some information may remain temporarily in secure backups or where retention is required for legal, fraud-prevention or security reasons.
Disconnecting Meta accounts
You can also remove Hey Novae's access through your Facebook or Instagram account settings. Disconnecting a platform account stops future authorised access from that connection.
