About Hey Novae

Hey Novae is a social-media content and community-management platform operated by Novare Creative in the United Kingdom.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity carried out through your account.

Information you provide must be accurate and you must have authority to connect any brand, business or social-media account you add to Hey Novae.

Acceptable use

You must not use Hey Novae to:

• break applicable law;
• infringe another person's intellectual-property or privacy rights;
• send unlawful, abusive, fraudulent or deceptive content;
• attempt to access another user's account or data without permission;
• interfere with the security or operation of the service;
• use connected platform data outside the permissions granted by the relevant account owner or platform.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you upload or create through Hey Novae.

You grant us permission to host, process, display and transmit that content only as necessary to provide the service you request.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights required to use and publish content through your connected accounts.

Connected social platforms

Hey Novae may integrate with third-party platforms including Meta services. Those platforms may impose their own terms, policies and technical restrictions.

We cannot guarantee continued availability of a third-party integration if the provider changes, restricts or withdraws access to its APIs or services.

AI-assisted features

AI-generated content is provided as an assistance tool. You remain responsible for reviewing content before publishing or relying on it.

We do not guarantee that AI-generated material will always be accurate, unique or appropriate for every context.

Beta access and trials

Beta or trial access may include unfinished or changing features.

We may alter, pause or remove beta functionality as we improve the product. Trial availability and duration may vary by offer.

Subscriptions and payments

Where paid subscriptions are introduced, pricing, billing frequency and any applicable limits will be shown before purchase.

Additional payment terms may apply when subscription billing becomes available.

Availability

We aim to keep Hey Novae reliable and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, technical faults or third-party service changes may occasionally affect availability.

Termination

You may stop using Hey Novae at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, unlawful activity, serious misuse or breach of these Terms.

Liability

Hey Novae is provided with reasonable care, but to the extent permitted by law we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, third-party platforms or content published by a user.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
